2. No person shall be convicted for acts or omissions which when committed were not criminal according to national or international law. Nor shall a heavier penalty heavier than that applicable at the time of committing the crime.
Article 12 No one shall be subjected to arbitrary interference with his privacy, family, home or correspondence, nor to attacks upon his honor and reputation. Everyone is entitled to the protection of the law against such interference or attacks.
Article 13 1. Everyone has the right to free movement and residence within the territory of a State.
